The present invention relates to a resin composition of PEEK-PEK alloy and to a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a resin composition of PEEK-PEK alloy that has abrasion resistance improved by alloying polyetheretherketone resin and polyetherketone resin and has an antistatic property and high-temperature workability improved by carbon nanotubes and ultraviolet absorbent; and to a manufacturing method thereof.
