Disclosed are a group purchase providing terminal and a method thereof. The group purchase providing terminal is interlinked to the entrance of cell coverage to receive push event messages about a group purchase from a location checking server. The group purchase providing terminal comprises: an interface displaying the received push event messages; and a processor for transmitting a message requesting the group purchase to the location checking server when a participation command for the push event message is received and for implementing a payment screen when a message requesting payment for the group purchase is received from the location checking server.
