The present invention relates to a nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite allowing treatment and diagnosis simultaneously. The nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite can be used for a drug delivery system capable of holding a drug in a hollow sphere in a nanocapsule and releasing the drug which has been held by selectively crosslinking a shell, and also can be used even for an MRI contrast medium by including magnetic nanoparticles in the hollow sphere. According to the present invention, the nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite has the effects of holding a drug or a preferred substance therein and controlling the release time and release rate of the drug which has been held. In addition, the nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite can be used for a T2 contrast medium by including the magnetic nanoparticles and can be used even for a CT contrast medium by using the characteristics of a substance constituting a nanoshell. In addition, the magnetic nanoparticles generate heat while being defracted when a magnetic field is formed so the nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite can be used even for a thermal therapeutic agent using the heat. The nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite has a high X-ray absorption rate according to the substance constituting the nanoshell, thereby being used even for a radiation therapeutic agent. The nanocapsule-structured organic-inorganic nanocomposite generates heat while absorbing the light in a near-infrared region, thereby having an advantage of allowing even a thermal therapy using the heat.
