Medicament comprises: an aqueous liquid formulation of granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) substantially comprising G-CSF and a sugar alcohol; a surfactant (0.04-0.06 mg/ml); acetate (5-20 mM) as a buffer substance in a pH of 4.1-4.4; and optionally amino acids, glycerin, carbohydrates and/or preservative. Independent claims are included for: (1) a vessel for the administration of a liquid medicament, comprising the medicament liquid formulation; and (2) a kit for the parenteral administration of G-CSF, comprising the vessel and instructions for the storage and/or administration. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Immunostimulant; Anti-HIV; CNS-Gen; Cerebroprotective; Vasotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given. |
