Disclosed are a device and a method to display a radar image. The radar image display device includes: a quantization value image generating unit which forms an original image, which corresponds to a radar image signal, into a grid image, which is divided in the grid form of a predetermined size, and generates a quantization value image by giving a representative value to each grid area; a continuity determining unit which changes the representative value of a current grid area and the representative value of a reference grid area in reference to the representative value of predetermined multiple reference grid areas in order to correspond to each grid area included in the quantization value image; and a masking unit which generates a result image by renewing the image signal of pixels, which are in a grid area having a representative value which exceeds n (wherein n is an arbitrary number which is equal to or more than 0), to 0 (zero). |
