<p>The present invention relates to a tire PCI method and a tire PCI apparatus capable of preventing contraction of a nylon cord by gradually cooling a green case in a pneumatic pressure state after vulcanizing the green case, and is characterized by cooling a tire (10) while maintaining the internal pressure of the tire (10) at a normal PCI pressure after accurately arranging the tire (10) at a PCI rim (11) by maintaining a state applying higher pressure than a normal PCI pressure to the inner space of the tire (10) installed in the PCI rim (11) by vulcanization completion. Accordingly, the present invention reduces the uniformity defects of a complete tire by progressing a PCI process in a state wherein a tire is accurately installed in a PCI rim after vulcanization is completed.</p> |
