According to the present invention, disclosed is a method of preventing shattering of an architectural tempered glass having a thickness of 5 mm or greater when being broken. According to a manufacturing method, a shatter-proof coating agent, which is a liquid synthesized from a UV resin and a rubber material, is continuously applied to an outer surface of the tempered glass in accordance to a roll coater method or a coating head method; a primary drying process is subsequently performed by passing the tempered glass through a heat dryer oven having a temperature ranging from 60-120°C for about 1-5 minutes; and a coating surface is continuously secondarily cured by passing the tempered glass through a UV curing oven.
