The present invention relates to a circuit device suppressing a common mode noise, a manufacturing method thereof, a printed circuit board, and a mobile terminal. The circuit device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a ground layer which is connected to a ground potential, a dielectric layer which is formed on the ground layer, and a pair of differential signal lines which are formed on the dielectric layer. The ground layer includes a groove of a pattern which is symmetrically arranged based on a first plane which is separated from each of the differential signal lines with the same interval and is vertical to the ground layer.
