The flange (400) has a face opposite to another face that is turned towards a rotor disk (10) of a gas turbine engine. Annular sealing plates (410, 420) are radially staged and arranged on the former face. The sealing plates are arranged for respectively corresponding to annular abradable strips fixed on a casing (50) of a gas turbine engine to form a labyrinth sealing joint. An exterior radial edge (401) is presented in the form of an exterior suspension hook (404) cooperating with a suspension lip (18) of the rotor disk. An independent claim is also included for a gas turbine engine comprising a rotor.
