A rock fall prevention method is disclosed capable of preventing the collapse of a surface layer and preventing the falling of identified rock masses (22). The slope is covered with a net assembly (2) constructed of rope materials (3) and anchored into slope using anchors (6). The anchors (6) are inserted into slope to stabilize a surface layer, giving the anchors (6) and the net assembly (2) enough strength to suppress the movement of identified rock masses (22). The spacing and selection of the anchors (6) is determined based on slope and geology data for blocks in a grid defined by the positioning of the anchors (6).
