The present invention relates to a composite art panel manufacturing method. Therefore, the method of manufacturing a composite art panel for finishing the exterior of an architectural structure is configured to cut and bend a non-combustible aluminum composite panel (CP) with a constant thickness, to form an outer fitting portion (210) on one side of the longitudinal direction, and to form an inner fitting portion (310) on the other side thereof. The method comprises 1) a panel cutting step (S100); 2) a cutting portion forming step (S200); 3) a bending groove formation step (S300); 4) an outer fitting portion forming step (S400); and 5) an inner fitting portion forming step (S500). It is possible to improve productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process.
