<p>The present invention relates to a water repellent section restoring composition, and a method for repairing a concrete structure and reinforcing a vibration resistance using the same, and provides a water repellent section restoring composition, and a method for repairing a concrete structure and reinforcing a vibration resistance using the same, in which a life span of concrete can be extended in the long term by integrally forming a glass fiber rod and a water repellent section restoring mortar composition in a civil and architectural structure, such as a tunnel, a bridge, or a beam of an architectural structure, which includes a curved surface and interrupting carbon dioxide, salt-damaged materials, and germs introduced into the concrete from the outside, a repair performance of a civil and architectural structure can be improved, and adhesion of a vibration resistance reinforced part can be improved. According to the present invention, a horizontally/vertically disposed glass fiber rod is fixedly installed at a repair reinforced portion of a concrete structure by a movable/fixed steel member and a section restoring composition is poured, wherein the section restoring composition includes 20 wt% to 50 wt% of Portland cement, 3 wt% to 20 wt% of a rapid hardening agent, 5 wt% to 20 wt% of a porous material, 25 wt% to 55 wt% of a silica filling agent, 0.5 wt% to 5.0 wt% of a polymer resin, 0.2 wt% to 2.0 wt% of a fluidizer, 0.2 wt% to 3.5 wt% of a waterproof agent, 0.2 wt% to 2.5 wt% of an antifungal agent, 0.3 wt% to 3.0 wt% of fiber, and 0.2 wt% to 2.0 wt% of a characteristic improver.</p> |
