<p>An imaging device disclosed by the present invention includes: multiple pixels which include a photoelectric conversion element, a shift switching unit arranged in one side of the photoelectric conversion element, an overflow control unit arranged in the other side of the photoelectric conversion element, a first electric charge storage unit arranged in one side of the shift switching unit, a transmission switching unit arranged in one side of the first electric charge storage unit, a second electric charge storage unit arranged in one side of the transmission switching unit, and a reset switching unit arranged in one side of the second electric charge storage unit; a control circuit which applies a signal on the multiple pixels; and a mode selector which selects a mode between a first mode for a global shutter and a second mode for a wide dynamic range (WDR).</p> |
