The device has a scraper (150) for extracting undesirable plants during advancement of the device and with a support face flatly supported on the ground (S) when the device rests on the plane ground. A blade (170) uproots the plants non-extracted by the scraper and has a lower face intersecting with a beveled edge turned to an advancement direction (F) of the device. An angle between the lower face and the beveled edge is acute, and another angle between the lower face and the ground when the device rests on the ground is comprised between 1 to 10 degrees.
