The present invention relates to a non-electric sign rod for guiding a road using a luminous material and an LED lamp using a photovoltaic power generation. According to the present invention, the sign rod for guiding a road uses a photovoltaic generation module to light an LED lamp accordingly to be applied to an alpine district, an island district, a trail or the likes where supply of power is difficult. Also, the sign rod for guiding a road is maintained at low costs except for the initial installation costs, prevents environment pollution by using solar energy as a power supply means, and increases visibility at night by attaching or applying a luminous material including light stored pigment to a sign rod.
