PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A WELL INSULATING FLUID USED FOR EXTRACTING SALT FROM SALT DEPOSITS

The invention relates to a process for producing an insulating fluid and to a thus produced insulating fluid used for extracting salt as solution from a salt deposit through a drilled and cased hole. The claimed process consists in separating the food waste from spent edible oils and fats by simple sifting at a temperature of 30°C, followed by settling at a temperature of 60°C in order to remove water, waxes, glycerides, colloids, then followed by a filtration on a zeolite layer for an advanced purification of the limpid oil, after which the oil is mixed with maximum 54% gas oil, related to the oil mass, and then it is additivated with an anticoagulant and an enzymatic inhibitor. The claimed fluid is a mixture of 65% spent edible oils and fats from renewable sources with maximum 35% gas oil, additivated with 0.2% anticoagulant consisting of 2-butoxyethanol and 0.05% enzymatic inhibitor consisting of butylhydroxylanisole and which is biodegradable in case of accident, the product meeting the requirements imposed to the insulating fluid for the wet kinetic salt extraction from a salt deposit.
