<p>The present invention relates to a stopper capable of stopping a transport object, materials or freights, at a prescribed position, if necessary, while automatically continuously conveying the transport object, and a conveyor having the same. The stopper includes a mover made of a ferrite material; an electromagnet positioned on the mover to apply a magnetic force thereto; a guide shaft connected to the mover and movably penetrating the electromagnet; a lifting table connected to the guide shaft to be positioned on the electromagnet, and cooperating with the mover; a first detection sensor provided at one point of the conveyor to detect the presence or absence of the transport object within the point, and if the presence is detected, sending a detection signal; and a switch for controlling a current flow state of the electromagnet if the detection signal is received.</p> |
