The target has a peripheral surface comprising an edge (2) joining a first face and a second face, and an impact surface (8) formed on one of the faces to receive an impact of a projectile. The edge and the impact surface are made of different materials, where density of the material of the edge is lower than density of the material of the impact surface. The density of the material of the impact surface is 500 kilogram per cubic meters. A cylindrical body has a revolution surface forming the edge, and the impact surface includes a disk shaped zone on one of the faces. An independent claim is also included for a device for practicing shooting. |
