摘要 A method for manufacturing a direct carbon fuel cell using a cylindrical anode support according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing nickel oxide (NiO) and Y_2O_3-stabilized ZrO_2 as main materials, forming powder by quantifying carbon black with a pore former for manufacturing a porous support and mixing, drying and sieving high-purity zirconia balls and solvent, and manufacturing paste by kneading the powder; forming a cylindrical anode support using carbon and melted carbonate as materials by maturing the paste at low temperature and composing the paste to have one side opened and have the other side closed via pre-extrusion and extrusion; rolling, drying and pre-sintering the anode support; forming an anode via a dip coating method and a vacuum slurry coating method using NiO/YSZ particle slurry after the pre-sintering; forming an electrolyte layer on the exterior surface of the anode via the dip coating method and the vacuum slurry coating method using electrolyte slurry; and forming a cathode coated with a composite electrode having an LSM-YSZ layer, an LSM layer and an LSCF layer formed sequentially on the exterior surface of the electrolyte layer via the dip coating method and the vacuum slurry coating method.
