<p>The present invention relates to a capacitive pressure-based input device, which generates a corresponding input signal from a change in the capacitance between electrodes, which varies according to the position and size of an applied pressure. The input device is provided in a housing (10), which includes an upper plate (11) elastically displaced with stability to the original position when a pressure is applied, a lower plate (12) disposed below the upper plate (11) to be spaced apart therefrom, and an internal space (13) between the upper plate (11) and the lower plate (12); includes a substrate (20) stacked on the surface of the lower plate (12), a first electrode (31) stacked on the surface of the substrate (20), and a second electrode (32) stacked on the bottom surface of the upper plate (11), and disposed to be spaced apart from the first electrode (31) by a predetermined distance; and generates an input signal from a change in the capacitance between the first and second electrodes, caused by a change in the restorable distance between the first electrode (31) and the second electrode (32), which may occurs by displacement of the upper plate, when a pressure is applied to the upper plate (11).</p> |
