<p>The present invention relates to a technique, for two-way chirp signal generation using a direct digital synthesizer (DDS), phase offset compensation and verification using an IRF, which includes: a frequency accumulation unit for outputting a first control word; a calculation unit for generating a third control ward for a two-way chirp signal by calculating the outputted first control ward and a second control word for the maximum generation frequency; a phase accumulation unit for outputting a phase accumulation value using the generated third control word; and a two-way chirp signal output unit for calculating a phase offset from an ideal chirp signal and reflecting the calculated phase offset to the outputted phase accumulation value.</p>
