The present invention relates to a wheel for transport apparatus, of which height and rotation is selectively adjustable by a user in order to solve a problem such that wheels used for various agricultural tools, lawn movers, handcarts, etc. unsmoothly move on an uneven road surface. The present invention includes: a wheel mounting bracket of which both sides thereof are bent down vertically to rotatably interpose the wheel therebetween, the wheel mounting bracket including a lower flange protruding in a cylindrical shape from a center of a top surface thereof and having a fixing hole passing from one outer surface to the other outer surface through an inner surface; a vertical shaft inserted into the lower flange, and having a through hole corresponding to the fixing hole to be fixed to the lower flange by a pair of a shaft fixing bolt and nut, and a guide groove vertically extending long in a longitudinal direction on the outer surface extending upward; a rotational shaft, in which the vertical shaft is penetrated through a center thereof and a first screw hole penetrating from a lower outer circumferential surface to an inner surface is provided so that an end of a first adjustment handle, which is coupled to the first screw hole, is inserted into the guide groove of the vertical shaft coupled thereto, and a rotation guide groove recessed along an outer circumference is formed on an upper portion thereof; and a fixing bracket having an upper surface fixed to the transport apparatus and including an upper flange formed on a center of a bottom surface, protruding down, in which the rotational shaft is inserted into an inner circumferential surface, and having a second screw hole penetrating from an outer surface to an inner surface, to which an end of a second adjustment handle, which is coupled to the second screw hole is inserted into the rotation guide groove of the rotational shaft.
