A canister-type thruster is disclosed. The canister-type thruster according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a canister lifting inside a trunk of a hull or a floatable structure; a lifting device for lifting the canister; a guide device for guiding the lifting of the canister; and a base plate which is thicker than the thickness of the trunk to install the guide device in the trunk.
