<p>The invention relates to an installation and a process for advance warning the earthquakes, meant to predict natural disasters. According to the invention, the installation consists of an octagonal coil () in stages, a fixing support () with elastic elements which allows the fixation of the coil () on a tree (), an inductive-capacitive circuit (), a decoder-amplifier (), a recorder () and an aura reader (), as well as an electric supply source (). As claimed by the invention, the warning process is based on observing the modifications of the parameters of certain particles, such as negative ions, existing in the tree body and in the environment.</p> |
