<p>The present invention relates to a method to prepare a broccoli pickle and a broccoli pickle prepared by the method, wherein the method being characterized of the broccoli pickle is prepared by comprising: (a) preparing broccoli by boiling; (b) preparing sweetening liquid by boiling a mixture in which water, sugar, bay leaves, bay salt, pickling spice, whole white pepper, and peperoncino are mixed and vinegar added to the boiled mixture; and (c) placing boiled broccoli of step (a) and kohlrabi in a container, and then pouring the sweetening liquid prepared in step (b) to age.</p> |
