The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a battery connecting body which is capable of maintaining a state wherein a connecting member is covered by a cover part; and a power supply device. A bus bar module (1) is provided with: a plurality of bus bars (3) which connect a plurality of batteries (20) in series by connecting electrodes (22, 23) of adjacent batteries among the plurality of batteries (20) that are arranged so that the electrodes (22, 23) are aligned in a straight line; and a case (7) which houses the plurality of bus bars. The case (7) is provided with: a plurality of bus bar housing parts (8) which house the bus bars; and a cover part (9) that covers the openings of the plurality of bus bar housing parts. The cover part (9) is held by the bus bars (3).
