The invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight between 20000 (20K) and 50000 (50K) at a concentration of between 0.5% and 15% w/v; (b) a non-ionic surfactant of general formula (I) where n is between 5 and 40, said surfactant being at a concentration of between 0.1% and 2.0% v/v; and (c) one or more ingredients selected from among a liquid carrier, a binder and an additive suitable for printing. The composition according to the invention is suitable for printing molecules for biological purposes. Formula (I)
