Disclosed is a system for painting the outer circumferential surface of a tower. The system for painting the outer circumferential surface of a tower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a paint ring combined to both ends of the tower; a mounting unit mounting the paint ring; a rotation ring rotating along the outer circumferential surface of the paint ring; a turning roller providing rotation force to the rotation ring; a wire formed along the longitudinal direction of the tower, and connecting between a pair of the rotation rings; and a painting unit having a spray gun spraying paint, and driven along the longitudinal direction of the tower along the wire.
