PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage switch valve of an oil temperature adjusting device of a transmission, which does not need a thermostat.SOLUTION: When a temperature of oil is high, a flow passage switch valve 20 is closed, and the oil discharge from a transmission 11 passes through an oil cooler 12, and when the temperature of the oil is low, the flow passage switch valve 20 is opened, and the oil discharged from the transmission 11 bypasses the oil cooler 12. The flow passage switch valve 20 includes a valve element 24 which is slidably fit into a valve port (bypass oil passage P4), resilient means 28 which energizes the valve element 24 to a valve-closing direction, and a pressure receiving part 24a which is formed at the valve element 24, and on which the oil pressure of the oil in a first oil passage P1 acts. As a result, by making pressure which is raised by an increase of a pressure loss act on the pressure receiving part 24a of the valve element 24 when the temperature of the oil in the first oil passage P1 is low and viscosity is high, the valve element 24 is moved to a valve-opening direction against a resilient force of the resilient means 28, and a bypass oil passage P4 can be opened. |
