In the delay circuit 95A, a predetermined amount of delay set by a time constant based on the resistance value of a resistor Rd and the capacitance value of the capacitor Cd is given. Thus, a detection signal that has caused a delay of signal input timing is input to the detection input terminal 1B of the expander circuit 99. When a signal is input to the valid input terminal CLR, the expander circuit 99 outputs from an output terminal 1Q an expansion detecting signal, which has been expanded to an output period longer than an input period of shorter than 4 ms, for example, 6.8 ms. The output terminal 1Q of the expander circuit is connected to the valid input terminal CLR via the OR gate circuit 95B, and returns and inputs the expansion detection signal to the valid input terminal CLR. |
