PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate sensor output update time while avoiding increases in current consumption and a circuit area in analog processing or digital processing.SOLUTION: In a sensor circuit 3 of a current sensor 1, a digital processing unit 6 outputs not only current values but also an interpolation value (a value interpolating intervals between two current values). As compared with a configuration in which the digital processing unit 6 outputs only current values, it is possible to give margins to processing time for analog processing and digital processing by as much as outputs of the interpolation values with sensor output update time being the same. |
