Provided are: a pneumatic tire or studless tire in which fuel-saving properties, reinforcement properties (bending crack growth resistance, abrasion resistance, breaking strength, adhesive strength, and air permeation resistance), grip performance (wet grip performance and snow/ice performance), steering stability, and heat-aging resistance are improved with a good balance thereof; and a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire or studless tire. The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire having at least one item selected from the group consisting of a sidewall, a base tread, a bead apex, a clinch apex, an inner liner, and an undertread, fabricated using a rubber composition including modified natural rubber highly purified and adjusted to a pH of 2-7, and carbon black and/or a white filler. |
