The present invention provides a communication controller provided with: an acquisition unit for acquiring first information for identifying a random access resource for each of a plurality of time-division-duplexed (TDD) configurations, each of the TDD configurations representing a link direction in sub-frame units in a TDD radio frame, and second information for identifying a random access resource for each of the plurality of TDD configurations; and a communication control unit for reporting the first information and notifying about the second information. A random access resource for each of the plurality of TDD configurations identified from the second information includes a random access resource for any of the plurality of TDD configurations identified from the first information. |
