The present invention relates to a continuously variable valve lift actuator of an engine, including a pair of locker arms rotating within a predetermined angle range by rotation movement of an eccentric cam connected to a control shaft and a cam connected to the cam shaft; a pair of lift arms connected to one side of the control shaft and rotating within a predetermined angle range; and a deviation adjusting unit for adjusting a lift deviation between valves by changing the rotating angle of the locker arms and the lift arms. If the lift deviation occurs between the valves installed to each cylinder of the engine, the lift deviation between the valves is adjusted by the deviation adjusting unit adjusting changing the rotating angle of the locker arms and the lift arms.
