PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the registration of installation locations.SOLUTION: A lighting control system according to an embodiment comprises: a centralized control unit that can control a plurality of lighting fixtures; and a portable terminal that can photograph a plurality of lighting fixtures of the plurality of lighting fixtures as a photographic range. The light control system includes a control unit that performs first processing of using information on an arrangement plan indicating the arrangement locations of the plurality of lighting fixtures to determine the correspondence relationship between image parts of the light fixtures in the photographic image and the arrangement locations of the lighting fixtures on the arrangement plan through image analysis processing of the photographic image obtained by the portable terminal, second processing of determining the correspondence relationship between the lighting fixtures sequentially lit up and the lighting fixtures on the arrangement plan, and third processing of associating pieces of ID information on the plurality of lighting fixtures with addresses corresponding to the lighting fixtures arranged on the arrangement plan.
