PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopsy device in which a plurality of tissue samples can be separately and consecutively stored in a part of the biopsy device.SOLUTION: A biopsy device includes: a rotary member disposed to a proximal side of a cannula; and a plurality of tissue sample holders 2200 removably held by the rotary member. Each of the tissue sample holders is composed to receive at least one tissue sample excised by a cutter, and each of the tissue sample holders is removable from the rotary member while the rotary member is supported by the biopsy device.
