PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor that hardly causes cracks.SOLUTION: The dimension of a third terminal electrode 15 on a second primary surface 10b in a longitudinal direction is larger than the dimension of first and second terminal electrodes 13 and 14 on the second primary surface 10b in the longitudinal direction. An end of a portion of the third terminal electrode 15 located on a first side surface 10c has a plurality of salients extending toward a first primary surface 10a side. An end of a portion of the third terminal electrode 15 located on a second side surface 10d has a plurality of salients extending toward the first primary surface 10a side.
