A monitor-equipped illumination device (20) includes: a base member (40) attached to a roof portion (17) of a vehicle (10); a monitor (22) attached to the base member (40); a light source (23) attached to a rear surface portion (42) of the base member (40); a holder (50) attached to the rear surface portion (42); and a light guide member (27) that is supported by the holder (50) and that guides light emitted by the light source (23). The holder (50) includes a base portion (60) supporting the light guide member (27), and a reinforcement portion (70) integrally formed with the base portion (60). The base portion (60) includes a first wall portion (61), a bottom portion (62) extending from a lower end of the first wall portion (61) to the outside of the base member (40), and a second wall portion (63) rising from a front end of the bottom portion (62). The reinforcement portion (70) includes a horizontal portion (71) extending from the second wall portion (63) to the outside of the base member (40), and a vertical wall portion (72) rising from a front end of the horizontal portion (71) and facing inside the cabin (18). |
