PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of an instrument panel and an A-pillar garnish, capable of maintaining a fitting region between the instrument panel and the A-pillar garnish and maintaining the good external view of the instrument panel.SOLUTION: An assembly structure includes: a lower panel 2; an upper panel 3; and an A-pillar garnish 5. An inner bent portion 52 of the A-pillar garnish 5 and a parting end 31 of the upper panel 3 in a lateral direction abut against each other so as not to generate a height difference. An upward bent end portion 21 is formed in a rear side end portion of the lower panel 2, and a downward bent end portion 32 overlapping the upward bent end portion 21 is formed in a rear side end portion of the upper panel 3 so as not to generate a gap between the rear side end portion of the lower panel 2 and the rear side end portion of the upper panel 3 in a vehicle inner side view.
