PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for performing stable survey of leakage positions for all electrical equipment by allowing constant supply of a reference signal from an insulation monitoring unit to a clamp leak meter.SOLUTION: An adapter 16 is connected to a terminal block 8 of insulation monitoring unit through a conductive cable 23 while being separated by removing the adapter 16 from a clamp leak meter 11. While reading a reference signal from the terminal block 8 of the insulation monitoring unit, the adapter 16 generates a pseudo-reference signal having a frequency and a phase adjusted in accordance with the reference signal. Then, the adapter 16, which has generated the pseudo-reference signal, releases the connection with the terminal block 8 of the insulation monitoring unit through the conductive cable 23. In this state, a stacking connection of the adapter 16 with the clamp leak meter 11 is performed through a connector 18. |
