PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female type terminal fitting which is capable of reducing cost by simplifying a manufacture process and further capable of maintaining a stable connection performance by firmly holding a plate-like opposite-side terminal fitting.SOLUTION: A plurality of stacked terminal holding plates 21, 22, 23 and 24 are formed from the basic terminal holding plate 21 which is integrally formed in one end of a wire connection part 30, and a plurality of sub terminal holding plates 22, 23 and 24 which are integrally formed at one edge of the basic terminal holding plate 21 via folding margins M1, M2 and M3 and folded over on the basic terminal holding plate 21 to be stacked on the basic terminal holding plate 21. At an edge 24b of the sub terminal holding plate 24 which is stacked in the top, at a side opposite to the folding margin M3, a fixing piece 27 is integrally formed which is engaged to a lock part of the basic terminal holding plate 21 to fix a stacked state. |
