A low-carbon nickel-chromium-iron alloy seamless tube, comprising the ingredients of: nickel, copper, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon, sulphur and chromium. The steps for manufacturing the low-carbon nickel-chromium-iron alloy seamless tube are as follows: (1) firstly preparing a blank; (2) then carrying out a first acid washing on the blank, and carrying out a lubricating treatment on the blank which has been subjected to the first acid washing; (3) carrying out a cold drawing and rolling treatment on the lubricated blank; (4) carrying out a heat treatment on the blank; (5) carrying out a straightening treatment on the blank; (6) carrying out a finishing treatment on the blank; and (7) finally inspecting the finished product, and marking and warehousing. The invention endows a low-carbon nickel-chromium-iron alloy seamless tube with the functions of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance and cost saving. |
