METHOD AND UNIT FOR DRY CLEANING TEXTILE ARTICLES USING A COMPOSITE SOLVENT AND FOR RECYCLING THE USED COMPOSITE SOLVENT FOR RE-USE

The invention relates to a method for dry cleaning textile articles using a composite solvent comprising multiple components and for recycling the used composite solvent for re-use, said method including: e) a dry cleaning cycle in which the textile articles to be cleaned are brought into contact with the composite solvent; f) recovery of the used composite solvent contaminated by water and dirt at the end of the dry cleaning cycle; g) treatment of the used composite solvent such as to remove at least the water and dirt; h) recycling of at least part of the composite solvent treated in step (c) for use in another dry cleaning cycle. The method is characterised in that it also comprises a step (e) of re-adjusting the composition of the composite solvent recycled in step (d) in which: the part of the component(s) of the composite solvent that was lost during step (c) is determined, and at least said determined part of the component(s) of the composite solvent that was lost during step (c) is incorporated into the composition of the composite solvent recycled in step (d).
