FOOD WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a food waste treating device, wherein food waste fed in a tank is dried and produced into a heat source material. The food waste treating device is formed in a sealed shape. A dehumidifier is used such that bad smells are not generated while the food waste treating device is operated. The internal temperature of the food waste treating device is maintained such that the efficiency of drying can be improved. The food waste treating device comprises: a tank divided into first and second drying chambers by means of a wall installed therein, has feeding holes prepared on the top surfaces of the first and second drying chambers, and includes a discharging hole formed on one side wall of the second drying chamber; an agitating unit which has a rotary shaft installed to penetrate through the first and second drying chambers and includes a blade and a pulverizing bundle installed in a radial direction on the rotary shaft; a driving unit which includes a motor to rotate the rotary shaft; a heating unit which heats a fluid filled in a double wall body which constitutes the bottom of the first and second drying chambers, wherein the temperature of the drying chambers is increased; a pipe body equipped with a heating pipe, feeds high temperature humid air through a feeding pipe installed at the top of the first and second drying chambers in order to be discharged to the outside of the tank, and is closely adhered on the bottom surface of the heating unit to transfer heat from the heating unit wherein the heat heats the air passing therein such that high temperature dry air is fed in the tank; a dehumidifier which cools the air supplied from the feeding pipes in order to be dehumidified and supplies the dehumidified low temperature dry air to the heating pipe; and a blower connected to the pipe body to circulate air.
