<p>Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell of a cascade type and an apparatus for manufacturing the thin film solar cell, capable of improving productivity. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the thin film solar cell including the buffer layer formed by the manufacturing method improves electrical properties. The buffer layer is formed on a light absorption layer of a substrate by a chemical bath deposition (CBD) method.</p> |
