FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to measurement equipment, and namely to energy efficiency measuring devices. A control method of energy efficiency parameters of the device provides for connection of the controlled device, acquisition of data on input energy and output energy of the controlled device for a certain period of time, calculation of energy efficiency of the controlled device, determination of deviation of energy efficiency from standard energy efficiency of the controlled device and determination of state of the controlled device based on deviation of energy efficiency. An input energy control sub-module and an output energy control sub-module receive data on energy per one or more complete cycles chosen based on cyclic variations of energy efficiency of the device. A control device of energy efficiency parameters of the device includes an energy control module and a module for determination of energy efficiency. The energy control module is designed for acquiring data on input energy and output energy of the controlled device and for transmitting the same data to a module for determination of energy efficiency.
