PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for detecting epitope of a trypanosome-cruise antigen, and to provide a method of using the reagent.SOLUTION: A recombination antibody (including a chimera antibody) capable of specifically coupling to a region appropriate for diagnosis of T.cruzi protein is provided. An antibody (including a chimera antibody and recombination antibody) is selected from a group consisting of specific antibodies to T.cruzi polypeptide composed of FP3, Pep2, FP10, and FRA. |
