摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for providing ventilation gas to a patient mechanically or manually during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.SOLUTION: A device includes: a gas source 35; a tracheal tube 21 placed in the trachea of a patient; gas channels 24 in the tracheal tube 21 for supplying gas such as oxygen to the bronchi of the patient; a central channel for connecting the bronchi to the surrounding atmosphere; a flow rate valve 37 for adjusting the flow rate of supplied gas; and a switch valve 36 for initiating and terminating the supply of gas. In the device, a computer 30 controls operation phases: a phase 1 in which a predetermined amount of gas is supplied to the lungs; a phase 2 in which the chest is compressed; a phase 3 or "chest compressed, gas on" phase in which blood flows from the chest into the aorta; a phase 4 in which the gas supply is terminated; a phase 5 in which the chest is decompressed; and a phase 6 or "chest decompressed, gas off" phase in which the coronary arteries are perfused.
