A method for testing, treating, and preventing delayed food allergies includes: receiving detailed symptom, medical, and dietary histories from a patient; formulating a combination of one or more food extracts at selected concentrations for sublingual administration over a trial period; determining whether the patient's symptoms have improved, worsened, or had no change, in response to the administration of the combination; and altering the combination in response to whether the patient's symptoms have improved, worsened, or not changed, so as to induce immune system food tolerance. |

1. A method for testing delayed food allergies in a patient, comprising:
receiving symptom, medical, and dietary histories from the patient, wherein the patient is age 2 to 109; assigning a first number according to the patient's age, assigning a second number based on the patient's asthma symptoms, assigning a third number based on the patient's headache symptoms and assigning a fourth number based on the patient's gastrointestinal symptoms; and adding said first, second, third and fourth numbers together to determine a sum; selecting a first concentration of first food extract and sublingually administering said first concentration of first food extract to said patient; wherein the first food extract comprises a combination of extracts from different foods; and wherein after administering said concentration of first food extract to said patient, evaluating, after a time, whether the patient's gastrointestinal, headache and asthma symptoms have improved, worsened or have not changed since said administering of said first concentration of first food extracts. |
