The present invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic radiation protection. Disclosed is an electromagnetic radiation conversion method. The method comprises: a high-frequency receiving module receiving high-frequency electromagnetic radiation; a frequency conversion module converting the high-frequency electromagnetic radiation into low-frequency electromagnetic radiation; and a low-frequency emission module emitting the low-frequency electromagnetic radiation obtained by means of the conversion. Also discloses are an electromagnetic radiation conversion apparatus and a terminal. By using the present invention, harmful electromagnetic radiation emitted by a terminal can be converted into electromagnetic radiation beneficial to the health of a human body, and a cosmetic effect is also achieved.
